We offer a flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $100 and FREE shipping using Australia Post Parcel for orders over $100 (3-5 business days), and Australia Post Express for $14.95 (1-3 business days) Please note delivery by Auspost is only on business days.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 3 days to send it back to us for a full refund . Please note that we don’t cover any delivery costs. Once we have received the product, we will credit, refund or exchange your purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
If your item hasn’t left our warehouse you are able to cancel your order with no penalty! If the item is already sent please note that we can no longer process the full refund.
